Here you can customize the default text that will be shown upon getting to the booking page.

Down at the bottom of the site, there is a feature, that will allow the restaurant to add some general information to the booking page, in the specified language they want.
Click on the flags the restaurant wants the information in, and start writing some general information about the restaurant.
Once the guest is on the booking page, they’ll be able to click the flag in the upper left corner and choose which language they want the site in, if the restaurant has only defined one language, then it will always default to that.
However, if you have more than one language, and one of them is English, then it will default to English as soon as the chosen language isn’t supported.
