Location: Settings > General > Advanced > Periodic criteria
Adding custom text to your e-mail confirmation is a quick and easy way to inform guests about important details after they complete their bookings. This could include directions, special instructions, or other information they need to be aware of. To add information to the e-mail confirmation, navigate to Settings > General > Advanced > Periodic criteria. Here, create a new criterion by pressing “Add periodic criterion.” Start by entering the “Name” of the criterion—this name is for internal use only.
Once you have filled in a name, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Confirmation e-mail note” field. Enter the text you want to include in the e-mail confirmation here. Once completed, click “Save.”
