How to activate booking reconfirmation

Location: Settings > E-mail notifications

Guests who have booked more than 4 days in advance will receive an email 48 hours before arrival, asking them to confirm their booking by clicking on a link. If they do not confirm their booking, they will be marked as “Not confirmed” in the booking system with a red dot. Once the booking is confirmed they will be marked as “Confirmed” followed by a green dot.

Activate ‘Reconfirmation’
Booking confirmed
