If a guest books more than 4 days in advance, they will receive an email 48 hours before their arrival, prompting them to confirm their booking by clicking on a provided link. This helps ensure that guests still intend to keep their reservation, reducing no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
In the booking system, unconfirmed reservations will be marked as “Not confirmed” and highlighted with a red bar. Once the guest confirms their reservation through the email link, the status will change to “Confirmed,” indicated by a green bar for easy identification.
