Location: Settings > SMS notifications
Here you can activate SMS confirmation and SMS reminders to guests.
Check the box “Send booking confirmation to the guest” in order to send a confirmation SMS to your guest right after a manual or online booking. (Hold the mouse on the Information icon to see the confirmation SMS example).
Check the box “Send reminder to the guest” in order to send a reminder SMS and click on the drop-down menu in order to choose the number of hours before the arrival. (Hold the mouse on the Information icon to see the reminder SMS example). The reminder is not sent to guests who book the same day.
Check the box “Send booking to” and enter your telephone number if you want all online bookings to be sent to you by SMS.
