Tags

Location: Settings > General > Tags

Tags allow you to provide guests with options when making online bookings. This feature is particularly useful for adding requests or preferences, such as a high chair or a flag on the table. Guests can still include additional comments during the booking process.

Creating Tags

1. Navigate to Tags under Settings > General

2. Click on the Add tag button to create a new tag.

3. Fill in the following fields:

  • Name: This is the name of the tag and it will be visible to guests.
  • Online: Check this box to make the tag available for online booking.
  • Enable amount: Allows the guest to choose the amount.

4. Once you have filled in the necessary information, click Save changes to apply the tag.

5. You can then use these tags during the booking process to enhance the guest experience.
