Setting up SMS notifications

Location: Settings > SMS notifications

In this section, you can activate SMS confirmations, reminders, and satisfaction surveys for your guests, ensuring smooth communication before and after their visit.

SMS settings

To send an SMS confirmation to guests immediately after a booking (whether manual or online), check the box labeled “Send booking confirmation to the guest.” (Hover over the Information icon to see an example of the confirmation SMS).

To activate SMS reminders, check the box “Send reminder to the guest.” Then, use the dropdown menu to select how many hours before arrival the reminder should be sent. (Hover over the Information icon to see an example of the reminder SMS). Note: Reminders will not be sent to guests who book on the same day as their reservation.

If you want to receive an SMS notification for every online booking, check the box “Send booking to” and enter your phone number in the provided field.
