Here you can set up your opening hours (booking time).
Default screen
The default screen has no opening hours, and all days are marked as “Closed.”
Adding opening hours
The opening hours control when booking is possible.
The opening time indicates when the first booking is possible.
The closing time indicates when the last booking should end. For example, if the closing time is set to 10PM and a booking lasts 2 hours, the latest arrival time would be at 8PM.
The default booking duration is 2 hours (this can be changed in Settings > General > Booking settings > Duration).
IMPORTANT: We recommend setting only one opening hour per day to keep the setup simple and flexible. For closing online booking at specific periods, use periodic criteria.
Deleting opening hours
You can delete existing opening hours by clicking on the bin icon. The selected day will then be marked as “Closed.” You will not be able to see or make manual bookings or see existing bookings. Bookings will not be deleted, but will be hidden.
Deactivating online booking
If you wish to disable online booking but still want to allow manual bookings, click on the green “Online booking” box to turn it grey. You will still be able to make and see manual bookings.
