How to Switch Between Locations in easyTable
If you manage multiple restaurants with easyTable, you can seamlessly switch between locations using a single login. Here’s how to set it up and manage bookings across locations:
Setting Up Multi-Restaurant Access
- Add Your Email to Each Restaurant: In each restaurant’s easyTable account, go to Settings > Logins and add the same email address to all restaurants you want to manage from one login.
Switching Between Locations
Once your email is linked to multiple restaurants, you can easily switch between them:
- Go to the Top Right Corner: Log in to your easyTable account. In the upper right corner of the dashboard, you’ll see an option to switch between locations.
- Select the Desired Restaurant: Click the location dropdown and select the restaurant you want to manage. You can now view and manage bookings, settings, and other details for that specific restaurant.
Managing Bookings Across Locations
With multi-restaurant access, you can also move bookings between locations as needed. This helps streamline reservation management and provides a flexible booking experience for guests.
By setting up multi-location access, you’ll have full control over all your restaurants within a single login, simplifying daily management and booking tasks.
