Our integration with Klaviyo allows you to sync all your newsletter receivers from easyTable directly to your Klaviyo account. This makes it easier to create and send newsletters to your guests.

The following information will be synced to Klaviyo:

• Email
• Name
• Number of bookings
• Latest booking

How to Activate the Integration with Klaviyo:

To activate the integration with Klaviyo, follow these steps:

1. Create an account with Klaviyo if you don’t have one.
2. Once logged into your Klaviyo account, create an API Key:
   1. Click on your user icon in the bottom left corner.
   2. Navigate to the Settings section.
   3. On the Settings page, click on API Keys > Create Private API key.
   4. Make sure to give the key Read/Write Access on Lists, Profiles, and Subscriptions.
3. Copy the generated API Key.
4. Go to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo in easyTable.
5. Paste the API Key into the “API key” field.
6. Press “Get lists” and select the desired list from the drop-down menu.
7. Press “Save” and wait a few hours for the data to complete the sync.

Once the synchronization is complete, all your easyTable newsletter subscribers will be available in Klaviyo, ready for you to use in your marketing campaigns.
